Is this the right course for me?
This course is for you if you have hypermobility and would like to develop body awareness and strength. Classes will be mixed ability, welcoming any level of pilates experience. Although we will be building strength, stability, and control, this will not be an intense workout. See this as the foundations to enable you to take your movement and exercise to the next level.
Many of us in the Ehlers-Danlos and Hypermobility community are finding pilates a game changer. Allowing us to self-manage our symptoms, gain strength and live a less painful, active life.
