I offer a recovery coaching package for people struggling with on going-symptoms such as: chronic pain, fatigue, IBS, long-covid, migraines etc... The most important step in recovering from chronic pain is understanding. We must understand how pain works before we can begin to heal from it.
The package is tailored to you but will include:
- an initial consultation
- nervous system education
- pain reprocessing techniques
- individual pilates sessions
- worksheets to reinforce the learning
This incorporates the biopsychosocial model and is the recipe which allowed me to overcome my pain, fatigue, and IBS.
