I am Charli, a pilates instructor with a background in science and a particular interest in the mind body connection.
I started practicing Pilates when I was fifteen to help me stay fit and strong but it was only when I realised how much it helped me overcome chronic pain that I really fell in love with it. I know first-hand that the benefits of Pilates are truly life changing and I am really motivated to show others how.
As well as delivering regular group and 1-2-1 pilates classes I have a true passion for teaching people how to overcome chronic pain or related symptoms and love to incorporate this into my teaching when needed.
